Welcome to fr55 (hereinafter referred to as "fr55", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and fr55 governing your access to and use of the fr55 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://fr55.io and any associated mobile applications or services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or registering with funds belonging to a third party.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and promptly update that information if it changes.

fr55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fr55 may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active fr55 account. Duplicate or multi-accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and possible forfeiture of balances, including any winnings accrued under the duplicate account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fr55 account username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify fr55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. fr55 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information or where you delayed in reporting a known breach.

fr55 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your account has been accessed by a third party; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; or (d) the security and integrity of the Platform require such action.

Account balances may be withheld pending investigation where fr55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified by email ([email protected]) of any such withholding and will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification.

fr55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at fr55's discretion without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits applicable to each payment method and fr55's internal transaction controls.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless fr55 expressly approves an alternative method in writing.

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fr55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which fr55 bears no responsibility.

fr55 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

fr55 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotional page for each offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on fr55 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. fr55 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the player.

fr55 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error, data feed error, or display error resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being presented; (b) the bet was placed after an event has already concluded; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or sporting irregularity in relation to the event on which the bet was placed; or (d) the bet violates any provision of these Terms.

Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including fr55. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fr55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from unlawful activity or that are intended to conceal the proceeds of crime.

All content on the fr55 platform — including but not limited to the fr55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fr55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fr55 platform without the express prior written consent of fr55.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to fr55 for display on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that third-party content.

Upon termination for cause, fr55 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified balance will be returned promptly.

All disputes regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the game or bet result being determined. Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.

The English language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of fr55 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. fr55's rights under these Terms may be exercised at any time without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
